Regarding the issue of postage for returns and exchanges:

Minor imperfections such as loose threads, small blemishes, slight glue marks, uneven edging, minor air bubbles, and slightly uneven soles (that do not affect wear) are to be handled by the buyer. please understand that these shoes are produced in labor-intensive factories and may not be as flawless as branded shoes. returns and exchanges are accepted, but the buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.

  special note: we are not responsible for the unavoidable color difference problem when shopping!

7-day no-questions-asked return policy: you can return or exchange any unused, complete item within 7 days of receipt! (returns and exchanges must be sent back in the original shoe box packaging and in resalable condition.)

The following situations are quality problems:

Significant issues such as extensive glue detachment, leather cracking, sole separation, loose stitching, and large-scale contamination, as well as size discrepancies (one shoe larger/smaller than the other), left/right shoe mismatch, and missing embellishments

We will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges and returns. we are not responsible for any costs outside of the above-mentioned situations
